Attention residents that are participating in the municipal electricity aggregation program:
You will be receiving a termination letter (see below)
that will end with your December 2016 meter read.   We hope to continue with
this program beginning in March 2017.  You do not have to do anything at this
time.  You will be receiving information, should we be successful in
receiving a new reduced rate.

Due to budget constraints, bulk will no longer be picked up monthly. Bulk Pickup is provided for all residential dwellings 
located on roads regularly serviced by garbage haulers. Items may be put out as early as Sunday of the bulk pick-up week, but no sooner.


~If it is small enough to fit in a garbage bag or can it is not BULK~

Stoves, refrigerators, furniture, carpets, etc., but not normal household garbage or bagged garbage.
Building material, construction debris and tires will not be picked up!  Bulk pick-up is not intended for whole-house clean-outs - please contact a hauler for a dumpster if needed. If you have any questions regarding bulk pickup, please contact the municipal building at 973-383-7025, Ext. 21.
Effective January 1, 2011, the following items may no longer be placed curbside for bulk pick-up: Televisions, Monitors , Computers, 
and Laptop Computers
The New Jersey Electronic Waste Management Act bans the disposal of these electronic devices and mandates that they be recycled. These items may be recycled at the following locations: SCMUA Collection Programs - Regular Operations (scale charges apply), Scheduled free annual recycling events, or 
New Jersey Manufacturers and Retailers.
